The FLEX IMPACT® KP PROTECTOR is a round column protector thatprotects load-bearing and H-beam columns in various industrialenvironments such as factories, warehouses, airports, and car parks.This protector consists of two easy-to-install parts that fit perfectlyaround the columns and provide attractive, versatile, and highly visiblesecurity.
The KP PROTECTOR is made of flexible and unbreakable polyethene,creating a protective layer around vulnerable columns. Theseprotectors absorb the impact of collisions and protect both the vehicleand the structural elements. Air ducts inside the KP PROTECTORrelease air at a controlled speed in the event of a collision, maintainingresistance to impact forces and minimising damage.
By reducing the impact force, the KP PROTECTOR effectively reducesthe risk of structural damage to columns, ensuring the integrity ofindustrial buildings. These protectors are available in differentdiameters and sizes and can be adapted to any working environment.

The KP PROTECTOR is available in striking yellow RAL 1003 (signal yellow) and is therefore clearly visible in any situation. The KP PROTECTORS with a height of 500 mm are also available in red for use around columns or poles to which a fire extinguisher or hose reel is attached. This protects them and makes them more noticeable.
Our KP PROTECTORS have two attachment options, allowing them to fit columns of various sizes. By slightly rotating the corner of the KP PROTECTOR, multiple cut-outs become available to better fit your column. This ensures a snug fit, maximizing the benefits of the KP PROTECTOR.
Each KP PROTECTOR consists of two halves attached around the pole or column with two or three Velcro® strips. For a more permanent fixing, the two halves can also be joined together with an optional KP mounting kit. After installation, the Velcro® strips cover the holes for a nice finish.
Our KP PROTECTORS come in various sizes. For smaller columns, we offer foam filling. This optional foam rubber provides extra shock absorption, ensuring a perfect fit on smaller columns, pillars, and masts. This high-quality foam enhances the effectiveness of your KP PROTECTOR in high-risk areas or where masts vary in size.
KP PROTECTORS can be extended in increments of 100 mm using extension sets. This method is perfect for safeguarding rectangular columns. The extensions are secured with a pin-and-hole system similar to Lego®.
