The HP PLUS handrails are available in a glow-in-the-dark version. The light-emitting lines absorb light during the day. When night falls or during a power failure, they slowly release the absorbed light. This is very useful in emergency situations as it provides a light source for up to half an hour, allowing enough time to find the emergency exits.
The HP PLUS with 3 rails is also available in a version for use at freezing temperatures down to -30°C.
